You can join the society from our page on the Union website. You are more than welcome to come along if you are not yet a member but you can’t fly before you sign up due to our insurance.

Signing Up for a Trip
We
organise all of our trips through the forum
so first you'll have to register-
it only takes a moment. On
Monday of each week, a thread is created for the week’s trips. To sign
up for
a trip, post the following information on the thread:
- Your name
- Your membership number (If you know
it)
- Which day/s you’d like to come
(Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday)
- If you have a car we can use, and
how many seats it has
If
we don’t yet have any contact details for you, please also post a
telephone
number or email us
to let us know how we can get in touch with you.
You
can also email us to sign up for a trip,
giving
us the details above.

Spaces on Trips
Spaces on trips are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The final trip list is added to the week's forum thread on Wednesday mornings and Fridays- this will show who has been allocated a space on each trip. If you've signed up for a trip, check the thread to see whether you've been allocated a space and to find out where we're meeting.
If there is no space on a trip for you, you will be given prority on a subsequent trip.
