Another great weekend of flying, Sunday looked like terrible weather but ended up being a long day, flying until dark. Thanks to Will for driving again, and Matt going both days!
This weekend coming we are planning on a committee day for Saturday so we can all have a meeting and hopefully sort out any problems and make sure things can run as well as possible for you guys all year.

Sunday only this week I think as we are having a meeting and early finish on Saturday. If you can only do Saturday then write that down anyway and I'll let you know if anything changes as you may still be able to fly then.
If I can get a lift in the morning and fly on Saturday before the meal that would be good, would save me dragging clothes and a sleeping bag to Ripon on saturday evening. Ben
I don't need a lift on either Saturday or Sunday. Also means I can't go gliding on Sat or Sun because going down to Sheffield to pick up/drop off the car. Anybody who needs a lift in the evening to the dinner and dance though I can do that... my number is 07756569140
Hi, Im fine for saturday and to drive us. Unfortunately i think it will have to remain a committee day on saturday as we are limited to about 5 or 6 people since it will be a slow day with us training some of the committee up on winch driving, its probably best if you cant make sunday then put names down early for next week.
Thought I could only come on Saturday, but now I think I can just come on the sunday, but don't need a lift as I can get one there on Saturday night for the dinner dance thing and stay over in the clubhouse to glide on Sunday.

You can get the number 36 bus to Rippon where Phil (07940208463), Will (07948 422025) or another member will be able to pick you up. This is because we have no more car space available for Sunday.

Aim to get to Rippon before 10am if you can and just phone Phil or Will for any help and on Sunday morning to be picked up from Ripon. Make sure to give them a call the day before to check arrangements.
