Hey, we're thinking about going away to spend a week at an airfield in Scotland for wave flying. It would be similar to the inter-unis week and will probably be with Manchester Uni. Dates and exact details will follow but at the moment 14th-20th December is the likely date.
Let me know if you're interested, if the inter-unis this summer are anything to go by then it will be a quality week! And its definitely the best way to improve your flying and get towards solo if that's what you're hoping for!
Cost would be however much you fly. I spent just over £100 on the week in summer as I have well over 20 flights! Also you'll need to buy food but basically it is as cheap or as expensive and you do as much or as little flying as you decide!
