Balders will be there I'd imagine. Next weekend is a competition weekend at Dishforth so people will be getting launched off on tasks. This shouldn't interfere too much with training though, and you should get a normal day in. I'm duty pilot on Sunday so will be there. Alas can't make it for the weekend.
On that note, please put down names, numbers, whether you are driving, and which days you are going / staying over. So far we've got Ben, driving for the weekend, Phil on Sat night, and me on Sunday.
Change to my plans, or rather the car's plans... I can go up Friday evening and stay over for Saturday. I now need to be in Sheffield with the car on Sunday morning, so will be leaving Saturday after food and drink.
This weekend was wally's BBQ plans yes! i'm not up here as im camping in Coventry! Have a good weekend Guys! Speaking from experience I can tell you stopping over at the weekends is so worth it! (that is if you like hangovers on Sunday!!! :P)
I'll come on saturday but I might drive up on the morning or something, I'll figure that out later. There was a BBBQ on saturday evening and they were asking for names of attendees. Maybe we can bring our own machine and foodstuffs so we don't have to steal theirs? I'd probably like to hang around for it anyway.
There will be plenty of food I'm sure so no need to bring your own unless you have particular requirements!!! It would be great for as many people as possible to stick around for the BBQ, fly the LUUGS flag!
Matt's right... There'll be plenty of food, just bring some money to pay Wally back or whoever is doing the shopping. I'll be staying for the bbq on Saturday, and leaving afterwards at whatever time, so anyone needs a lift back then I can do that.
I reckon I will take off fairly early if the weather is good. Probably 6.15 so we get there around 7 oclock. I will make it definite on friday. Hope the weather is going to be as good as today :-))
I'll drive up from manchester on saturday morning, don't know when I'll go back. I won't go too early, maybe be in Leeds by abut 9 or something if I need to be.
I might be being joined by a friend of my fathers whom I happen to have never met- I'm a little confused too. Anyway, it doesn't look like we'll be filling up my car.
I am driving to from Leeds to Dishforth on Saturday morning. I'm leaving 6am to get to Dishforth by 7. I am coming back to Leeds on Saturday evening AFTER the bbq, around 10pm/11pm probably, I don't know yet, but I will for definite be driving back.
Anybody wanting a lift, make sure I know... so post here, AND/OR give me a text.

This weekend is an inter-club weekend in Yorks. There will be a lot of different people around. If the weather is any good, they will be going off on task at some point en masse, so please be prepared for interruptions during the day. Additionally, the K-13 is most definitely out of action, so training flights might be limited.
Bring the usual stuff, sunglasses / sunscreen for the optimistic, chequebook, cash, logbook etc
