Write down the day / days you can come and leave your name, number and whether you are able to drive or not. If we don't get enough drivers then the bus works fine.

We have drivers for both days, thanks Will, Zoe and Ben. Remeber to bring some fuel money for them, especially Will and Ben, whom I believe have to make special trips home in order to get the cars...

Meet at Parkinson Steps at 8am [half an hour earlier than usual] for prompt departure. We're going to have to work efficiently tomorrow to get everyone up, so I dare say I'll be 'encouraging' people to do stuff, rather than sitting around on the bus. But please remember, if there's something you're not sure of, just ask. Silly mistakes are at best expensive and at worst dangerous.
I can't make Saturday, I already made other arrangements (I told you in the last comment I had sent before that I would go only on Sunday). Can anyone swap? Or can I go by bus on Sunday? Thank you.
Ok Yirka, your second message suggested that you would prefer Sunday as Saturday was full, not that you had made other plans for Saturday.
